We offer refunds for unused tutoring sessions under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to review.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Provide your booking reference number
• Explain the reason for the refund request
• Allow 5-10 business days for processing

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Sessions that have already been completed
• Services used or partially used
• Refund requests made after 30 days from purchase
